Hey you! My name is Michelle Wood, and I am a mom, a high school teacher, and a personal health and wellness coach in Portland, Oregon. After what has felt like a lifetime of trial and error, I finally found success in feeling better and looking better, and I feel compelled to pay it forward and help you find your success too.
I am here to help you work smarter, not harder.
There are many components we cover to help you reach your health and wellness goals:
MEALS - I will support you in building your nutrition plan specific to your goal(s) -- and provide you the resources and tools I've created to help me stay on track.
MOVEMENT - I will support you in finding a workout program you enjoy, you can do at home with little or no equipment, and with which you will get results (we have something for all fitness levels and goals).
MINDSET - I will support you in defining your priorities and goals, envisioning the journey, reminding yourself why you're in it to win it, and the process it will take to achieve them, in a realistic, measurable, and simple way -- and build in a plan for lifetime success...
ACCOUNTABILITY - (This is the kicker!) I will support you in the process with one-on-one meetings online, messaging, a private online group for month-long challenge(s), and then on-going, lifetime support with our growing community of "graduates" in an exclusive team group.
We focus on many aspects of health in our groups. In order to make it as easy as possible to see results and feel success from the start, we choose one at a time and focus on a select few non-negotiables. These could include, but are not limited to: staying adequately hydrated, finding "excuses" to be active, seeing proper nutrition as fuel, getting adequate sleep, establishing healthy routines and habits, and practicing a positive mindset. And, last but never least, HAVING FUN. One step at a time.
The ultimate reward is FEELING BETTER.
We ALL deserve that.
